Mairo Vergara Plus is a Chrome extension that adds optional study helper controls to supported pages on curso.mairovergara.com.

Data The Extension Handles

The extension may read visible course page content only when needed to provide its user-facing features:

• visible English and Portuguese line-by-line lesson text,
• line metadata needed to connect a visible phrase to its audio,
• lesson audio URLs from the supported course audio host,
• user feature settings stored in Chrome extension storage.

The extension does not read passwords, payment information, authentication tokens, or Chrome browsing history.

How Data Is Used

The data is used only to provide the visible study controls:

• copying English lesson text after the user clicks Copiar EN,
• copying Portuguese lesson text after the user clicks Copiar PT,
• copying lesson audio or an audio URL after the user clicks Copiar audio,
• repeating lesson audio playback when the user enables that feature,
• saving local feature toggles for the extension dashboard,
• applying the selected theme controls to supported Mairo pages.

Data Storage

Feature settings are stored locally with chrome.storage.local.

The extension does not maintain a developer-owned backend database and does not upload course content to developer-owned servers.

Data Sharing

The extension does not sell user data.

The extension does not use or transfer user data for advertising, retargeting, creditworthiness, or lending purposes.

When the user clicks Copiar audio, the extension may fetch the selected audio from the course audio host at portalestudosprdstor0.blob.core.windows.net so Chrome can write it to the clipboard. This request is part of the user-facing audio copy feature.

Clipboard

Clipboard writes happen only after an explicit user action on a visible extension control. Depending on browser support, the extension may copy rich text, an audio blob, or an audio URL fallback.

Limited Use

Use of extension data is limited to providing or improving the visible study controls described in the Chrome Web Store listing. The extension does not use or transfer data for purposes unrelated to its core functionality.
